Renewals are activated from inside the installed AccountPLUS platform. This page explains the renewal steps, the available renewal terms, the support options if a customer needs help renewing or validating a license, and the continuity commitments around read-only access and cloud data retention.
The public website explains how renewals work, but it does not expose a public renewal checkout. Existing customers should use Renew Now inside AccountPLUS so the renewal page can load with the serial number and customer details already supplied.
These are the standard renewal terms for AccountPLUS Core ++. Existing customer contracts may have locked pricing. The installed platform will load the correct renewal context automatically when the customer starts from Renew Now.
